Frequently Asked Questions

What Is Greyson's Male-A-Gram?

What is your service exactly?

Obviously I am a stripper / exotic dancer. But my shows are always conducted with a comedic, irreverent, satirical theme. Yes I am a stripper, but the message is comedy and fun. This is why I am the most successful stripper in town.

Are you an Agency?

No! I am a one-man-shop. When I answer the phone, I always answer with "Greyson" or "Greyson's Male-A-Gram". The reason is I have one phone. One phone number. And I book all the shows personally. No answering service, office staff, or secretary.

Are you the dancer that shows up?

Yes, I am the only dancer that works at Greyson's Male-A-Gram. So it's me or it's free so to speak!

Where are you based and how far will you travel?

I am based in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have travelled out of country for shows, but obviously they require a travel fee. In general, if you live in the tri-state area, you are in my operating area. Call my office if you have any questions or want a price quote. No problem.

Do you ever work for other agencies? Another agency says you are on-call for them.

Hell no! I am only available through Greyson's Male-A-Gram and this phone number: 513-533-1022

How Does Your Service Work?

How do I book a show?

You must call my office [513-533-1022] to book. I DO NOT accept bookings via e-mail or voice-mail. You must speak with me on the phone while I am filling out a show sheet. I enforce this rule strictly. That way nothing gets lost, forgotten, double-booked or a myriad of other stupid things I can't think of. The Donald Rumsfeld "unknown-unknowns" as they say.

Do you have other dancers available?

No.

I have ordered a certain stripper from other companies only to have someone else show up. Will that happen with you?

This is a very common problem. Both locally and nationally. First of all, this will not happen with me. Secondly, most of the pics you will see of dancers working in the Cincinnati area are either fake or that dancer hasn't worked in over 10 years. I'M NOT KIDDING! It's that bad.

Here is my advice, ONE: don't book with an agency that doesn't have a local phone number. TWO, Don't book with an agency that has a toll-free number (800,888). THREE, don't book with an agency that makes you pick a "back-up dancer" or a "second or third choice". What that tells you is that your first choice is not available, will never be available, and probably NEVER worked there to begin with. FOUR, Don't book with an agency that has pics that just look too good to be true. You know, guys from a GQ magazine shoot. Total scam.

If I am not available and you are looking at another service, I can give you my opinion as to which pics are real and which are not.

Can you help me find a female dancer?

Probably. I know a lot of female dancers.

Can I order a costume that isn't listed?

Generally yes. We would have to discuss. If there were something in your particular request that I would have to purchase, you would need to compensate for that also. But yes, I have done custom costume requests...within reason, Ladies. Within reason...

What kind of places / facilities will you dance at?

I can dance pretty much anywhere: Homes. Hotels. Businesses. Bars (with restrictions). The only limit is that everyone seeing the show has to be a part of the intended audience. For example, let's say you wanted to send a stripper to your friend who works at the corner market. Not a problem. HOWEVER you cannot have a strip-show in a place where some random, unintended person stumbles on the performance....like at the cash register. But a show in the break room is fine.

Will you do a practical joke on one of my friends?

Yes. Call me. We just have to work out the details. But the target has to be a female. No exceptions.

If I leave a message on your voice mail, what happens to that message?

My voice mail system is digital, which means there is no tape. I press delete and the message disappears into the ether. Also my voice mail system is coded and doesn't broadcast out into a room. In summation, everything is private for your discretion.

My husband or boyfriend will not approve of me using your service, do you offer discreet booking?

Yes. This is very common. If you have a specific request on how or when I can or can't return messages, I follow them to the letter. Example: Don't leave a message at home or work, Leave a message but don't say you are a stripper, Don't call my number before or after a certain time. Or my all time favorite, "If my husband answers the phone, say you are Capital One".

And you know what? I did it!

What does "performances for women only" mean?

No gay shows please.

My husband or boyfriend will be at the show. Is that a problem?

Almost always, no. If I am at a birthday party or at a bar, men are usually there. If they are cool, I'm cool. One time I was at an event for a mixed crowd. A female dancer went first. After she was finished with the guys, I came out and danced for the girls. Once the show was over a number of the guys came up to me, shook my hand and stated that they thought I put on a really good and funny show!

Important point: If your man is one of those guys who gets so insecure he has to act out, don't bring him around a show. Every circle of friends has one. If you can't name him, chances are it's your man who is THAT GUY. If they start something, I have a legal and moral obligation to protect myself and my customers.

In short, if you can't keep THAT GUY from starting problems, call another stripper. I don't need your business.

I am worried one of my friends at the show might be offended. How do you handle that?

First of all, I am sympathetic. I don't like male strippers either. (Badda-Boom! :-) I am very good at reading a crowd and an individual customer's reaction to me. I make it a point to always give customers options when dealing with my act. They are always free to leave. Or they can hide in a corner and not participate. If I approach them, they can say no at anytime. Sometimes I will stop and ask them if they are ok. All of this is done in the spirit of comedy and fun. More often than not, the person in question will warm up and enjoy the show.

The reason this happens is it becomes very obvious to the girls that they are the ones in control, that I am very respectful of their space and I never do anything they don't want to do.

Do you allow photography at your shows?

Yes! I would love copies.

What are your hours?

I am open until 4am every night.

What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept cash or credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. I also do invoicing for corporate customers. Call me for details.

Yes.

What is your sexual orientation?

Straight.

What is your political persuasion?

I am a pro-choice, pro-gun, fiscal conservative, who believes in lassie faire government.

Why do you post DUI check-point notices?

Those of you who know me, are aware that I don't drink. Ever. Never have. However as I drive around this fair city at night, I have a high chance of running into a DUI check-point. What's the problem you ask? Well, I am driving a sports car, smell like beer has been poured over me, could be dressed like a cop, am not from the area, and might even be a little lost. Very quickly I become the "stop of the night". Always ends up well, with a few handshakes and some laughs. But if it takes 30-40 minutes out of my schedule, that is time lost for the rest of the schedule. I.E. Makes me late to YOUR show!

So I avoid them as much as possible. If I have to monitor them anyway, why not remind you ladies of the dangers of buzz-driving. So lets all have fun and be safe.
